The sale of Products through the Site is intended solely for the personal use of Users and not for the purposes of their professional activity. To this end, Users acknowledge that the value of their order cannot exceed the sum of € 1500 (five hundred, 00 Euro), and that they can order, within a single order and on the same day, a maximum of 5 (five) products with the same reference. The GCS define, within the relations established between the Parties on the Site, their respective rights and obligations arising from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site. The GCS define all the steps necessary in order to place an order, as described to the paragraph “Methods for entering and confirming orders” and ensure the execution of the aforementioned order between the Parties.

The Products that Reynaldi srl offers for sale are those listed on the Site on the date on which Users consult the Site, within the limits of stock availability, according to the conditions established in Paragraph 1, as well as the following restrictions: for transport reasons, the products cataloged as aerosols are excluded from sale; products containing alcohol (perfumes) are allowed within the volume limit of 500 ml per package.
The photographs illustrating the Products do not fall within this contractual scope; therefore Reynaldi srl cannot be held responsible for any errors and / or discrepancies.
Despite the commitment to ensure a faithful reproduction of the colors of the Products represented in the photos published on the Site with respect to the original ones, hypotheses of discrepancies are not excluded, in particular due to technical limitations in the computer reproduction of colors. Prices and payments

The delivery of orders is managed by the production plant in Pianezza (TO), Italy, and orders are shipped by TNT or other courier. Right of withdrawal

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Reynaldi does not accept packages charged to the recipient.

The Purchaser assumes all reasonable risks associated with the return of the Products.

Reynaldi will reimburse using the same payment method used by the Purchaser for the initial transaction, unless the latter has agreed otherwise.

The “Non-compliant products” include products sent by mistake by Reynaldi or with flaws or defects.
Changes in color, viscosity etc … which depend on the use of natural ingredients are not flaws or discrepancies.
All non-compliant Products, to be exchanged or refunded, must be returned by post to Reynaldi within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt, in their original packaging, accompanied by the slip of the TNT delivery note.
Transport costs will be borne by Reynaldi in the event that the User decides to return the Products due to a Reynaldi error.
When Reynaldi receives the allegedly non-compliant Products, it must examine the aforementioned Products as soon as possible. If Reynaldi confirms the non-conformity of the Products, it will replace or refund the defective or missing Products. In the event of a refund, the Buyer will be refunded 14 (fourteen) working days after confirmation, for the amount corresponding to the price of the Products purchased.
The replacement or refund of the product found to be non-compliant exhausts any other possible remedy and absorbs any other reason for damage hypothetically due to the Purchaser.
Neither party will be responsible for total or partial non-fulfillment or delay in the execution of its obligations under this contract that are caused by an event that cannot be prevented (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”).
Events of Force Majeure may include, but are not limited to, wars, riots, riots, serious disturbance of Internet security, technical failures, unauthorized access and / or intrusion into the website servers, strikes of any form, telematic failures or telephone numbers.

In case of discrepancy between the aforementioned documents, the GCS will prevail.
Le presenti CGV e l’intero sommario inviato all’Acquirente formano parte integrante dei rapporti contrattuali intercorrenti tra le Parti.

Italian law applies to the GCS and to the contractual relationships between Reynaldi srl and the Buyer. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation and / or execution of this contract, the Court of Turin will be exclusively competent.
