ART. 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.2. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, the User and Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit are individually or jointly referred to respectively as the Party or Parties.
1.3. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, "Consumer" or "Consumer Customer" means the Customer (natural person) who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.
1.4. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, "Professional" or "Professional Customer" means the Customer (natural or legal person) acting in the exercise of his entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, or his intermediary.
1.5. These Conditions must be carefully examined by the User before completing the purchase procedure of the Products via the Website.
1.6. By accepting these Conditions, Users acknowledge and accept that the value of their order cannot exceed the sum of €500 (five hundred.00 Euros), and that they can order, as part of a single order and on the same day , a maximum of 5 (five) Products with the same reference. In the event that the order entered is higher than the aforementioned countervalue and/or amount, it will be considered invalid.
1.7. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. In any case, the General Conditions of Sale applicable to an Order are always those accepted by the User at the time of sending the Order.

ART. 3 - PRODUCTS OFFERED
3.1. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit markets the products, including cosmetics and perfumery products (hereinafter, the "Products"), available on the Website on the date on which the Users consult the Site, within the limits of stock availability, according to the conditions established by these Conditions, as well as the following restrictions: for transport reasons, Products classified as aerosols are excluded from sale; Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will ship products containing alcohol (perfumes) in compliance with European and Italian legislation relating to the transport of dangerous goods and respecting the limits established by the same legislation. If the quantity of products containing alcohol in the same order exceeds the limits permitted by European and Italian legislation relating to the transport of dangerous goods, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reserves the right to divide the shipment into several parts.
3.2. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit undertakes to describe and illustrate the Products sold on the Website in the best possible way. The visual representation of the Products on the Website, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves.
Despite the commitment to ensure a faithful reproduction of the colors of the Products represented in the photos published on the Website compared to the original ones, hypotheses of discrepancies cannot be excluded, in particular due to technical limitations in the computer reproduction of colors. Consequently, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit cannot be held responsible for errors and/or inaccuracies in the graphic and photographic reproduction of the Products present on the Site. The visual representation of the Products has the sole purpose of presenting the Products for sale and therefore does not constitute an element contractual, but only representative.
3.3. Before transmitting the Order, the User can view all the information referred to in article 49 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. on the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit website . 206 ("Consumer Code") such as, by way of example and not exhaustively, information relating to the Seller, the price, including taxes and shipping costs, the essential characteristics of the Product you wish to purchase and together with all other mandatory information provided for by Italian law. ART. 4 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
4.1. The availability of the Products refers to their availability at the time the Buyer places an Order. This availability must, however, be considered purely indicative since, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the Products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
4.2. Information on the availability of the Products will be provided to the Buyer when an email confirming receipt of the Order is sent (hereinafter “Order Confirmation Email”).
4.3. Even after sending the Order Confirmation Email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods.
In case of total cancellation of the Order:
- The cancellation of the Buyer's Order will take place automatically, without any charge to the Buyer;
- The Customer Service of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will contact the Buyer via e-mail to inform him of the cancellation and to propose that he place a new Order excluding the unavailable Product.
In case of partial cancellation of the Order:
- The Buyer's Order will be partially confirmed with the amount charged only for the Products available as indicated in the Order Confirmation Email.
- The available Products will be delivered to the Buyer.
4.4. The offer of Products sold on the Website is subject to limited availability: 5 pieces for each reference for a maximum order value of 500 (five hundred) euros.
4.5. When the Website User places the Order, he or she has the right to view all the Products that can be purchased online. If some of these Products are not available on the Site, you can check their availability at the Dottora Reynaldi stores. ART. 5 - CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT (Legislative Decree 70/2003)
5.1. Users can view and choose the various Products marketed by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit at the following address: https://www.dottoressareynaldi.it/. Users can consult the various pages of the Site free of charge, without any obligation to purchase.
5.2. To make a purchase, the User must:
- Insert the selected Products in the "Cart";
- Click on the “Complete Order” button;
- Log in if the User is already registered on the Site; otherwise the unregistered User will be able to register on the Site by placing a check mark relating to the creation of the account on the Cart page "Create an account?" or you can proceed without registration;
- Fill in a specific checkout form;
- Choose the delivery and payment method;
- Enter the coupon code (if you have one);
- Click on the “Place Order” button.
5.3. The sales contract is considered concluded following the sending by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit to the Buyer of an Order Confirmation Email. The aforementioned Email will include all the constituent elements of the contract between the Parties, including the number and date of the Order, the total amount of the Order, the characteristics of the Product purchased, the quantity and price of the Products selected by the 'Buyer, delivery costs, Buyer's data, the address to which the Products will be delivered, the link to print and archive the copy of these Conditions, information regarding the Buyer's right to cancel an Order and the address of the headquarters of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit to which any complaints can be sent.
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to verify that the personal data contained in the E-mail mentioned in art. 5.3 of these Conditions are correct and to promptly communicate to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit any corrections/modifications to be made.
In any case, it is advisable to keep a copy (electronic or paper) of the information relating to the Order.
5.5. When the Order is ready and has been sent, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer.
5.6. The data recorded and collected on the Site constitute full proof of all transactions concluded between the Parties. In the event of a dispute between Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and the Buyer regarding a transaction carried out on the Site, the data recorded by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will constitute full proof of the contents and of the transaction.
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit keeps a copy of the contract stipulated between Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and the Buyer in electronic form, for a period ranging from the conclusion of the contract to the date of delivery of the goods and for ten subsequent years. The Buyer is authorized to access this written copy at any time by making a request to: email@example.com .
ART. 6 - DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
6.1. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit ships throughout Italy (including the islands), San Marino and Vatican City. Upon request of the Buyer, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit ships the Products purchased on the Site to European countries and territories. In this case, the Buyer is required to contact Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote for shipping costs and information on delivery times.
6.2. The Products ordered by a Buyer will be delivered to the address declared by the Buyer on the Order form.
6.2.1. The delivery of the Orders is managed by the production plant in Pianezza (TO), Italy, and the orders are shipped with BRT, DHL or another courier chosen by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for orders equal to or greater than € 49.00; for orders of smaller amounts a contribution of €6.00 is required for Italy.
Orders are delivered within 5 working days starting from the day following receipt of the Order Confirmation Email. In any case, orders will be shipped at the latest within 30 (thirty) working days starting from the day following receipt of the Order Confirmation Email.
6.2.2. In case of absence, the Buyer, or the recipient of the ordered Products, will receive a notice of attempted delivery, with which they can contact the carrier at the address indicated on the notice in order to organize a new delivery.
If you are not contacted, the Carrier will carry out a further step, following the first step. In the event that after two delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the package, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order will receive a notice communicating the address of the Carrier Center where the package will be stored for ten working days. The Buyer or the recipient of the Order will be able to collect the package at this Centre. Upon expiration of this deadline, the package will be returned to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and the Buyer will be reimbursed, in the manner chosen at the discretion of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit , the amount of his Order less shipping costs.
It is not possible to raise any disputes relating to the shipment itself if the package appears to have been delivered. For this purpose, the Carrier's IT system is valid.
6.2.3. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Buyer will be required to inform Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service as soon as possible by writing an e-mail to: email@example.com.
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will contact the courier for verification. The duration of the verification is not predictable. In this case, the Buyer may at its discretion grant a further term to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit .
In the event of failure to comply with the delivery terms or any terms granted, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate this contract pursuant to article 61 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.
6.2.4. Transport risks are borne by the Buyer, as well as those relating to loss or damage to the Products from when the latter acquires physical possession of them.
6.2.5. After receiving the ordered Products, the Buyer is required to verify that the Products correspond to those ordered. Any anomaly found (missing or damaged products, damaged packaging, etc.) must be indicated by the Buyer on the form sent with the Order and must be promptly communicated to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service by sending an email to: customerservice@ dottreynaldi.it, specifying for which Product anomalies were found.
6.3. It will be possible for the Buyer to select the "Collect at Point of Sale" option. “Collection at Point of Sale” allows the Buyer or the recipient of the Order to come and collect the package ordered and paid for on the Site free of charge in one of the Dr. Reynaldi points of sale. In this case, the Products will ordinarily be available for collection within 7 (seven) days of the Order. The customer will receive a confirmation email for the collection.
6.3.1. In the event that the Order is confirmed, from receipt of the Order Confirmation Email, the Buyer has 30 (thirty) days to collect the package at the selected point of sale. Once said deadline has passed, without the Buyer having come to collect the package at the selected point of sale, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit undertakes to contact the Buyer in order to agree on a new deadline for collecting the package. If the package is not collected within the deadline established by the Parties, the Order will be canceled and the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid corresponding to the Order, according to the methods at the discretion and choice of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit
6.3.2. In order to be able to collect the package at the point of sale, the Buyer can go to the selected point of sale bringing with him: (i) a valid identity document and (ii) the Order number that appears in the communication E -Order confirmation email. A third person duly delegated by the Buyer will be able to collect the Order at the point of sale. The delegate must in all cases go to the store equipped with (i) the proxy signed by the delegating Buyer, (ii) a valid identity document, (iii) a copy of the identity document of the recipient of the order or of the Buyer as applicable and (iv) the Order number. Upon delivery of the package, the Buyer or the person delegated by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order must sign an Order delivery document. This document constitutes proof of delivery for Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and of receipt for the Buyer or recipient of the Order of the Products ordered. No dispute relating to the delivery may be raised if the package appears to have been delivered, with the records of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit as proof in this regard.
ART. 7 - PAYMENT METHODS, PRICES AND DELIVERY COST
7.1. The Customer may pay the price of the Products and any shipping costs using the payment methods indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Payment can be made by the Customer through the following payment methods:
7.1.1. CREDIT CARD
In case of payment by credit or prepaid card, the customer must enter the credit or prepaid card data on the payment page.
The User who chooses PayPal as a means of payment, upon payment of the Total, will be redirected to the web page referable to PayPal itself where he will make the payment based on the procedure established and regulated by PayPal and the terms and conditions of the contract agreed by the User with PayPal itself. The data entered on the PayPal website will be processed directly by PayPal itself and will not be transmitted or shared with Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit . Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit is therefore not able to know and does not store in any way the data of the User's credit cards or PayPal account/cards or the data of any other payment instrument connected to this account.
In the case of payment via PayPal, the Total will be charged by PayPal to the User upon confirmation of the relevant provision. The crediting times on the payment instrument connected to this account depend exclusively on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit order has been placed in favor of this account, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the User with the reimbursement amount, to dispute which the User must contact directly to PayPal and/or the banking system.
7.1.3. WIRE TRANSFER
The User who chooses the bank transfer as a means of payment will find all the data to carry out the transaction at the end of the purchase process:

With this payment method, the shipment will be arranged by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit only upon receipt of the crediting of the Total amount to the current account.
7.1.4. MARK ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery is the payment method to pay directly upon delivery of the ordered products. This payment method involves an additional cost. The User who chooses cash on delivery as a means of payment is required to pay the courier the Total, with a cash on delivery supplement of 3 euros including VAT.
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit provides a maximum limit for cash on delivery payments of 499.99 euros; for amounts exceeding 500.00 euros, payment can only be made using the methods indicated at the time of purchase in compliance with current regulations.
At the time of delivery you will need to have the exact amount in cash available.
The User must enter the data relating to any Coupon in his possession in the appropriate space during the purchase process.
7.1.6. ONLINE SPENDING COUPONS
The online shopping vouchers are a credit issued exclusively by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit in Italy and can be used by the beneficiary exclusively on the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit website in the manner provided for by the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Prize Operations Regulation , accessible at the following link: https: //www.dottoressareynaldi.it/pages/programma-fedelta-cosmetici-naturali .
7.2. The prices of the Products are indicated in Euros and include VAT applicable on the date of the Order.
The established price does not include delivery and packaging costs, which will be specified to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed and at the time of final confirmation and validation. Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for orders equal to or greater than €49.00; for orders of smaller amounts a contribution of €6.00 is required for Italy.
The price charged to the Buyer is the price declared on the Order confirmation sent via e-mail.
7.3. Product prices may be subject to updates and changes.
7.4. The user is required to ascertain the final sales price before submitting the relevant order. The obvious material error reported in the price present on the Site, compared to the commonly known price of the chosen Product, entails Reynaldi's right not to confirm the shipment and proceed with the immediate refund of the value of the purchase paid by the User without the latter can make exceptions in this regard.
7.5. By selecting the "Collect at Store" option, no shipping costs will be applied to the Buyer.
ART. 8 - TAX DOCUMENTATION
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will issue a transport document for each delivery of the purchased goods and an invoice upon request of the Buyer. The transport document is always sent together with the package sent to the Buyer.
ART. 9 WITHDRAWAL
9.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with Consumer Customers, as defined in Article 1.3. of these General Conditions and Art. 3 of the Consumer Code.
9.2. If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in article 3 of the Consumer Code, pursuant to article 52 of the Consumer Code and without prejudice to the exclusions referred to in article 59 of the same Code, according to which the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection (e.g. opened cosmetics and other products that come into direct contact with the skin) and have been opened after delivery, the Consumer Customer may, within the period of 14 (fourteen) days from acquiring physical possession of the package containing the ordered goods or, in the case of purchase of multiple goods ordered by the Consumer Customer in a single order and delivered separately, by acquisition of physical possession of the last good purchased, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason.
9.3. In any case, the provisions set out in the following Article 10 of these Conditions remain unaffected in the event of defects of conformity or damage relating to the Products purchased.
9.4 . The methods for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this Article are described in Article 10 of these Conditions.
9.5. The Consumer Customer, by exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article, within the terms and according to the methods described below for the return of the Products, will be able to obtain at his/her choice:
9.5.1. The refund of the amount paid for the returned Products, including delivery costs by crediting the relevant amount back to the credit card (without prejudice in any case to the possibility for the Consumer Customer to opt for a different credit card on which to credit the refund ), or in the event that the Order was paid using online shopping vouchers, the refund will be made using online vouchers on the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit account . Pursuant to article 57 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, return costs, such as shipping costs of the goods in case of withdrawal, will be entirely borne by the Consumer Customer and will not be refunded to the Consumer Customer.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal without prejudice to the right of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit to withhold the refund until the goods are returned . has been returned or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods covered by the Order (whichever occurs first).

ART. 10 - DEFECTS, NON-CONFORMITY AND DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS
10.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with Consumer Customers, as defined in Article 1.3. of these General Conditions and Art. 3 of the Consumer Code.
10.2. In the event of receipt of defective Products or in the presence of a lack of conformity pursuant to article 129 of the Consumer Code, the legal guarantee referred to in articles 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code will apply. The buyer has the right to have the Product restored to conformity without any cost by replacing the Product.
10.3. The consumer customer can benefit from the legal guarantee if the defect appears within two (2) years of delivery of the goods and the consumer customer reports the defect to Reynaldi within two (2) months of discovery.
10.4. If replacement is not possible, the Buyer still has the right to a price reduction or to receive a sum back, commensurate with the value of the goods, upon returning the defective Product to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit.
10.5. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reserves the right to verify the existence of defects of conformity. If the lack of conformity is not found, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will not be able to proceed with the refund of the Product.
10.6. The start date of the legal guarantee coincides with the date of receipt of the Product, we therefore invite the Buyer to keep the copy of the transport document issued at the time of delivery together with a proof of purchase.
10.7. The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, is invited to check the status of the package and the Products upon delivery.
10.8. In the event of anomalies in the package (damaged or open package, trace of liquid, etc.) and/or the Products ordered (missing, defective or damaged Products), the Buyer or the recipient of the Order must return the Products to Reynaldi Srl Benefit Corporation following the procedures described in Art. 10.9 of these Conditions. Failure to comply with the correct procedure excludes any appeal against the carrier and/or Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit , including the right to reimbursement of the Order and/or redelivery of the Products ordered.

Once the e-mail has been received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service will contact the Buyer providing information on the assistance methods.
10.10. Once the Products have been received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will verify that such Products are actually defective, damaged or do not correspond to the description provided on the Site. If this verification is positive, in compliance with the provisions of Article 130 of the Consumer Code, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will replace the defective, damaged or non-compliant Product and will send it to the Buyer as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving the Products. Shipping costs will be paid entirely by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit . In the event that Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit is not able to proceed with the replacement of the Products within the aforementioned deadline, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will immediately notify the Buyer at the email address indicated at the time of registration and will refund the Buyer the cost of such Products and shipping costs where the Buyer provides proof of the cost incurred to return the Products. The refund of the price will be made by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit with the methods chosen at its discretion as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which it receives the Products.
10.11. In the event that, after examining the returned Products, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reasonably believes that the Products cannot be considered defective, damaged or do not conform to the description on the Website, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund and the Products will be returned to him. .
10.12. There is no additional conventional guarantee compared to the legal guarantee.
ART. 11 - RETURN
11.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with Consumer Customers, as defined in Article 1.3. of these General Conditions and Art. 3 of the Consumer Code.
11.2. In the case of the right of withdrawal exercised pursuant to Article 9 of these Conditions, the Consumer Customer may return the Products ordered by alternatively delivering them to any of the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit sales points , or by sending them by post to the address indicated in Article 11.7 .2. of these Conditions within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Buyer communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract.
11.3. The Products must be returned to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and anything else supplied with them. The right to return purchased goods is not granted to Consumer Customers in the cases described in article 59 of the Consumer Code in the case of supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to the protection of health and safety. they were opened after delivery.
11.4. 11.5. For returns to points of sale it is necessary to present a copy of the purchase invoice.
11.6. In the event that the Consumer Customer chooses the "Collect at Point of Sale" delivery method pursuant to article 6.3 of these Conditions, the return of the purchased Products can only be made at the point of sale where the Order was collected ( hereinafter, "Return to Point of Sale"), other return methods are not permitted for "Collect at Point of Sale" delivery.
Returns to the point of sale are possible at any point of sale.
11.7. The Consumer Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal by returning a Product by post must follow the following instructions:
11.7.1. Use the original packaging to return the Products in question
11.7.2. Send the package to the address indicated by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service . Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit only accepts correctly addressed parcels or registered letters.
Any risk associated with the return of the Products will be borne exclusively by the Consumer Customer.
ART. 12 - LEGAL SALES GUARANTEE
12.1. This article applies exclusively in relations with the Professional Client.
12.2. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit guarantees that the Products delivered comply with these General Conditions and are free from defects.
The legal guarantee has a duration of 1 year from receipt of the Products by the Professional Customer and must be enforced within 8 (eight) days from discovery of the defect.
12.3. The products comply with these General Conditions if (i) they comply with the description provided and possess the qualities presented in the sheets on the Website, (ii) they are suitable for the use for which they are normally intended, (iii) show qualities and characteristics that are normal in products of the same type and can reasonably be expected.
12.4. Once the Products have been received, the Professional Customer must verify their conformity.
12.5. In the event that the Professional Customer notices that the products received are defective or do not comply with the provisions of the order confirmed by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit or with these General Conditions, the Professional Customer may contact Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit via the address by email firstname.lastname@example.org, inserting as the subject of the email “ Garante E-commerce Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit ” and specifying the following in the email:
12.6. Once the e-mail has been received, the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service will contact the Professional Customer providing information on the assistance methods. This communication does not in any way constitute recognition of the lack of conformity reported by the Professional Customer.
12.7. Once the Products have been received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will examine the products and communicate the outcome of the verification to the Customer.
12.8. In the event that the Products are not covered by warranty, they will be made available again to the Professional Customer.
Otherwise Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will have the right, at its discretion and alternatively, to replace the defective Product, to reduce, in whole or in part, the price of the Product or to terminate the Contract and return the price paid to the Professional Customer , in all cases upon return of the original Product by the Professional Customer. The costs of delivery of the replaced Product are borne by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit , those of redelivery of the original Product are borne by the Professional Customer and are refunded only if the dispute is found to be well founded and upon delivery of the supporting documents to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit of payment.
