ART. 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. By browsing this area, the user (hereinafter the “User” and/or the “Buyer” and/or the “Customer”) accesses the e-commerce site “www.dottoressareynaldi.it” (hereinafter the “Website”) of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit, accessible via the URL: https://www.dottoressareynaldi.it . Browsing and placing a purchase order on the site imply acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Conditions”) and the Privacy Policy [ https://www.dottoressareynaldi.it/pages/informativa-privacy ] . If the user does not accept the Conditions, he or she is free to continue browsing without proceeding with the purchase.
1.2. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, the User and Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit are individually or jointly referred to as the Party or the Parties respectively.
1.3. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, the term “Consumer” or “Consumer Customer” means the Customer (natural person) who acts for purposes outside of any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity he or she may carry out.
1.4. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, "Professional" or "Professional Customer" means the Customer (natural or legal person) acting in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, or their intermediary.
1.5. These Conditions must be carefully examined by the User before completing the purchase procedure of the Products via the Website.
1.6. By accepting these Terms, Users acknowledge and agree that the value of their order cannot exceed €500 (five hundred.00 Euros), and that they may order, within a single order and on the same day, a maximum of 5 (five) Products with the same reference. If the order placed exceeds the aforementioned value and/or amount, it will be deemed invalid.
1.7. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In any case, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to an Order are always those accepted by the User at the time the Order was placed.

ART. 3 - PRODUCTS OFFERED
3.1. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit sells products, including cosmetics and perfumery products (hereinafter, the "Products"), available on the Website on the date Users visit the Website, subject to stock availability and the conditions set forth in these Terms, as well as the following restrictions: for transportation reasons, Products classified as aerosols are excluded from sale; Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will ship products containing alcohol (perfumes) in compliance with European and Italian regulations regarding the transport of dangerous goods and respecting the limits established by such regulations. If the quantity of products containing alcohol in the same order exceeds the limits permitted by European and Italian regulations regarding the transport of dangerous goods, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reserves the right to split the shipment into multiple shipments.
3.2. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit undertakes to describe and illustrate the Products sold on the Website in the best possible way. The visual representation of the Products on the Website, where available, generally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves.
Despite our commitment to ensure a faithful reproduction of the colors of the Products depicted in the photographs published on the Website compared to the originals, discrepancies cannot be ruled out, particularly due to technical limitations in computerized color reproduction. Consequently, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit cannot be held liable for errors and/or inaccuracies in the graphic and photographic reproduction of the Products on the Website. The visual representation of the Products is intended solely to present the Products for sale and therefore does not constitute a contractual element, but is merely representative.
3.3. Before placing the Order, the User may review on the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit website all the information referred to in Article 49 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code"), including, but not limited to, information relating to the Seller, the price, including taxes and shipping costs, the essential characteristics of the Product the User wishes to purchase, and all other mandatory information required by Italian law. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will not make any changes to the price, availability, or description of any Product after Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit has accepted the Order submitted by the User.
ART. 4 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
4.1. Product availability refers to their availability at the time the Buyer places an Order. However, this availability should be considered purely indicative since, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the Products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
4.2. Information on the availability of the Products will be provided to the Buyer when an email confirming receipt of the Order is sent (hereinafter “Order Confirmation Email”).
4.3. Even after the Order Confirmation Email has been sent, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods.
In case of total cancellation of the Order:
- The cancellation of the Buyer's Order will occur automatically, without any charge to the Buyer;
- Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service will contact the Buyer via email to inform them of the cancellation and to suggest placing a new Order excluding the unavailable Product.
In case of partial cancellation of the Order:
- The Buyer's Order will be partially confirmed with the amount charged only for the Products available as indicated in the Order Confirmation Email.
- The available Products will be delivered to the Buyer.
4.4. The offer of Products sold on the Website is subject to limited availability: 5 pieces of each reference for a maximum order value of 500 (five hundred) euros.
4.5. When the Website User places an Order, they have the right to view all the Products available for purchase online. If some of these Products are not available on the Website, they can check their availability at Dottoressa Reynaldi stores. To find the nearest store, Website Users can consult the " Store Locator " section by clicking the appropriate link [https://www.dottoressareynaldi.it/pages/punti-vendita] .
ART. 5 - CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT (LEGISLATIVE DECREE 70/2003)
5.1. Users can view and choose the various Products marketed by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit at the following address: https://www.dottoressareynaldi.it/. Users can consult the various pages of the Site free of charge, without any obligation to purchase.
5.2. To make a purchase, the User must:
- Insert the selected Products into the “Cart”;
- Click on the “Complete Order” button;
- Log in if the User is already registered on the Site; otherwise, the unregistered User can register on the Site by checking the box to create an account on the "Create an account?" page in the Shopping Cart or can proceed without registering;
- Fill out a specific checkout form;
- Click on the box “I declare that I have read and accepted the Privacy Policy , and that the data I provide will be used for the sole purpose of receiving information relating to orders and for processing the orders themselves” and “I declare that I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions ”;
- Choose the delivery and payment method;
- Enter the coupon code (if you have one);
- Click on the “Place Order” button.
5.3. The sales contract is considered concluded following the sending by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit to the Buyer of an Order Confirmation email. This email will include all the elements constituting the contract between the Parties, including the Order number and date, the total amount of the Order, the characteristics of the Product purchased, the quantity and price of the Products selected by the Buyer, delivery costs, the Buyer's data, the address to which the Products are to be delivered, the link to print and archive a copy of these Conditions, information regarding the Buyer's right to cancel an Order, and the address of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit's registered office to which any complaints may be sent.
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to verify that the personal data contained in the email mentioned in art. 5.3 of these Conditions are correct and to promptly communicate to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit any corrections/modifications to be made.
In any case, it is advisable to keep a copy (electronic or paper) of the information concerning the Order.
5.5. Once the Order is ready and has been sent, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer.
5.6. The data recorded and collected on the Site constitutes full proof of all transactions concluded between the Parties. In the event of a dispute between Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and the Buyer regarding a transaction carried out on the Site, the data recorded by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will constitute full proof of the content and transaction.
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit retains a copy of the contract entered into between Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and the Buyer in electronic form for a period from the conclusion of the contract to the date of delivery of the goods and for ten years thereafter. The Buyer is authorized to access this written copy at any time by making a request to: servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it .
ART. 6 - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
6.1. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit ships throughout Italy (including the islands), San Marino, and the Vatican City. Upon the Buyer's request, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit ships Products purchased on the Site to European countries and territories. In this case, the Buyer must contact Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service by sending an email to servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it for a shipping quote and information on delivery times.
6.2. The Products ordered by a Buyer will be delivered to the address declared by the Buyer on the Order form.
6.2.1. Orders are delivered from the Pianezza (TO) production facility, Italy, and shipped via BRT, DHL, or another courier selected by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit. Shipping costs are FREE in Italy for orders of €49.00 or more; for orders under this amount, a €6.00 shipping fee is required for Italy.
Orders are delivered within 5 business days from the day after receiving the Order Confirmation Email. In any case, orders will be shipped no later than 30 (thirty) business days from the day after receiving the Order Confirmation Email.
6.2.2. In the event of absence, the Buyer, or the recipient of the ordered Products, will receive a notice of attempted delivery, with which they can contact the carrier at the address indicated on the notice in order to arrange a new delivery.
If the carrier is not contacted, it will make a further attempt after the first attempt. If the package is unsuccessful after two delivery attempts, the buyer or recipient of the order will receive a notification indicating the address of the carrier's center where the package will be held for ten business days. The buyer or recipient of the order may collect the package from that center. After this period, the package will be returned to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and the buyer will be refunded, in the manner chosen at the discretion of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit , for the amount of the order minus shipping costs.
No dispute can be raised regarding the shipment itself if the package appears to have been delivered. For this purpose, the carrier's computer system is authoritative.
6.2.3. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Buyer must inform Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service as soon as possible by writing an email to: servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it.
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will contact the courier for verification. The duration of the verification is unpredictable. In this case, the Buyer may, at its discretion, grant Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit additional time.
In the event of failure to comply with the delivery terms or any terms granted, the Buyer reserves the right to terminate this contract pursuant to Article 61 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.
6.2.4. The Buyer is responsible for transportation risks, as well as any risks related to loss or damage to the Products from the moment the Buyer acquires physical possession of them.
6.2.5. After receiving the ordered Products, the Buyer is required to verify that the Products correspond to those ordered. Any anomalies found (missing or damaged Products, damaged packaging, etc.) must be indicated by the Buyer on the form sent with the Order and must be promptly reported to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service by sending an email to: servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it, specifying which Product the anomalies were found with.
6.3. The Buyer may select the "Collect at Point of Sale" option. "Collect at Point of Sale" allows the Buyer or the recipient of the Order to collect their package, ordered and paid for on the Website, free of charge at one of the Dottoressa Reynaldi stores. In this case, the Products will usually be available for collection within 7 (seven) days of the Order. The customer will receive a collection confirmation email.
6.3.1. If the Order is confirmed, the Buyer has 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the Order Confirmation Email to collect the package from the selected store. After this period, if the Buyer fails to collect the package from the selected store, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit undertakes to contact the Buyer to arrange a new collection time. If the package is not collected within the timeframe established by the Parties, the Order will be cancelled and the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the Order, according to the methods at the discretion of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit.
6.3.2. In order to collect the package at the store, the Buyer may go to the selected store bringing with them: (i) a valid identity document and (ii) the Order number appearing in the Order confirmation email. A third party duly authorized by the Buyer may collect the Order at the store. The authorized person must in all cases go to the store with (i) the authorization signed by the delegating Buyer, (ii) their own valid identity document, (iii) a copy of the identity document of the order recipient or the Buyer, as applicable, and (iv) the Order number. Upon delivery of the package, the Buyer or the person authorized by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order must sign an Order delivery document. This document constitutes proof of delivery for Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit and proof of receipt for the Buyer or recipient of the Order of the Products ordered. No dispute regarding delivery may be raised if the package is recorded as delivered, as evidenced by the records of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit .
To ensure precise inventory management, during Black Friday (November 28 and 29, 2025) it will be possible to select in-store collection exclusively for the Factory Store in Pianezza (TO), at via Torino 21/1.
ART. 7 - PAYMENT METHODS, PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
7.1. The Customer may pay for the Products and any shipping costs using the payment methods indicated on the Site before placing the Order. Payment can be made by the Customer using the following payment methods:
7.1.1. CREDIT CARD
If paying by credit or prepaid card, the customer must enter their credit or prepaid card details on the payment page.
7.1.2. PAYPAL
Users who choose PayPal as their payment method will be redirected to PayPal's website upon payment of the Total Amount, where they will complete the payment according to the PayPal procedure established and regulated by PayPal and the terms and conditions agreed upon by the User with PayPal. The data entered on the PayPal website will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted to or shared with Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit . Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit is therefore unable to access, and does not store, the User's credit card or PayPal account/card details, or any other payment instrument associated with that account.
For payments made via PayPal, the total amount will be charged by PayPal to the User upon confirmation of the relevant transaction. The time it takes for the payment method linked to that account to be credited depends solely on PayPal and the banking system. Once the credit has been issued to that account, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit cannot be held responsible for any delays or omissions in crediting the User with the refund amount. To dispute such delays, the User must contact PayPal and/or the banking system directly.
7.1.3. BANK TRANSFER
Users who choose bank transfer as their payment method will find all the information they need to complete the transaction at the end of the purchase process:

With this payment method, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will arrange shipment only upon receipt of the total amount credited to the current account.
7.1.4. MARK
Cash on delivery is the payment method for paying directly upon delivery of the ordered products. This payment method carries a surcharge. Users who choose cash on delivery are required to pay the courier the total amount, plus a cash on delivery surcharge of €3 (including VAT).
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit has a maximum limit for cash on delivery payments of €499.99; for amounts exceeding €500.00, payment can only be made using the methods indicated at the time of purchase, in compliance with current regulations.
At the time of delivery, you will need to have the exact amount in cash available.
7.1.5. COUPON
The User must enter the data relating to any Coupon in his possession in the appropriate space during the purchase process.
The Coupon, unless otherwise indicated on the Coupon itself, represents a mere discount and not a payment instrument and is subject to the terms of use and expiration detailed on the Coupon itself.
7.1.6. ONLINE SHOPPING VOUCHERS
Online shopping vouchers are a credit issued exclusively by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit in Italy and can be used by the beneficiary exclusively on the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit website in the manner set out in the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Reward Operations Regulations , accessible at the following link: https://www.dottoressareynaldi.it/pages/programma-fedelta-cosmetici-naturali .
7.2. Product prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT applicable on the date of the Order.
The price does not include shipping and packaging costs, which will be specified to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed and upon final confirmation and validation. Shipping is FREE in Italy for orders of €49.00 or more; for orders under this amount, a €6.00 shipping fee is required for Italy.
The price charged to the Buyer is the price stated on the Order confirmation sent by email.
7.3. Product prices may be subject to updates and changes.
7.4. The user is required to verify the final sale price before placing the relevant order. Any obvious material error in the price shown on the Site, compared to the commonly known price of the selected Product, entitles Reynaldi to refuse shipment and immediately refund the purchase price paid by the user, without the user being able to raise any objections.
7.5. By selecting the “Collect at Point of Sale” option, no shipping costs will be applied to the Buyer.
In-store pickups are disabled until August 25, 2025 due to the Pianezza warehouse's summer closure.
ART. 8 - TAX DOCUMENTATION
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will issue a transport document for each delivery of the purchased goods and an invoice upon the buyer's request. The transport document is always sent with the package shipped to the buyer.
ART. 9 WITHDRAWAL
9.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with Consumer Customers, as defined in Article 1.3 of these General Conditions and Art. 3 of the Consumer Code.
9.2. If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code and without prejudice to the exclusions set forth in Article 59 of the same Code, according to which the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened cosmetics and other products that come into direct contact with the skin) and have been opened after delivery, the Consumer Customer may, within 14 (fourteen) days of acquiring physical possession of the package containing the ordered goods or, in the case of the purchase of multiple goods ordered by the Consumer Customer in a single order and delivered separately, from acquiring physical possession of the last purchased good, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason.
9.3. In any case, the provisions set forth in the following Article 10 of these Conditions remain valid in the event of defects of conformity or damage relating to the Products purchased.
9.4 . The procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this Article are described in Article 10 of these Conditions.
9.5. The Consumer Customer, by exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article, within the terms and according to the methods described below for the return of the Products, may obtain at his choice:
9.5.1. The refund of the amount paid for the returned Products, including delivery costs, will be made by crediting the relevant amount to the credit card (without prejudice to the Consumer Customer's option to choose a different credit card for the refund), or if the Order was paid for using online vouchers, the refund will be made via online vouchers to the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit account . Pursuant to Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code, the return costs, such as shipping costs of the goods in the event of withdrawal, will be borne entirely by the Consumer Customer and will not be refunded to the Consumer Customer.
The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer Customer has exercised his right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right of Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods covered by the Order (depending on which situation occurs first).
9.5.2. A credit equal to the price of the returned Products, usable on the Website or at Dottoressa Reynaldi Points of Sale.
9.5.3. The possibility of exchanging, in one point of sale only, the Products purchased on the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit website for other Products sold in Dottoressa Reynaldi Points of Sale at the price applied in the point of sale at the time of the exchange.
ART. 10 - DEFECTS, NON-CONFORMITY AND DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS
10.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with Consumer Customers, as defined in Article 1.3 of these General Conditions and Art. 3 of the Consumer Code.
10.2. In the event of receipt of defective Products or in the event of a lack of conformity pursuant to Article 129 of the Consumer Code, the legal guarantee pursuant to Articles 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code shall apply. The buyer has the right to have the Product's conformity restored at no charge by replacing it.
10.3. The consumer customer can benefit from the legal guarantee if the defect appears within two (2) years of delivery of the goods and the consumer customer reports the defect to Reynaldi within two (2) months of discovery.
10.4. If replacement is not possible, the Buyer is still entitled to a price reduction or to a refund commensurate with the value of the goods, upon return of the defective Product to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit.
10.5. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reserves the right to verify the existence of any defects. If no defect is found, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will not be able to refund the Product.
10.6. The start date of the legal guarantee coincides with the date of receipt of the Product, therefore we invite the Buyer to keep a copy of the transport document issued upon delivery together with a proof of purchase.
10.7. The Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, is invited to check the condition of the package and the Products upon delivery.
10.8. In the event of anomalies in the package (damaged or opened package, traces of liquid, etc.) and/or the ordered Products (missing, defective, or damaged Products), the Buyer or the recipient of the Order must return the Products to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit following the procedures described in Article 10.9 of these Conditions. Failure to comply with the correct procedure excludes any recourse against the carrier and/or Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit , including the right to a refund of the Order and/or the return of the ordered Products.
10.9. If the customer finds a lack of conformity, he or she may request assistance by sending an email to servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it, specifying " Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit E-commerce Guarantee " as the subject line and specifying the following in the email:

Once the email has been received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service will contact the Buyer, providing information on how to obtain assistance.
10.10. Upon receipt of the Products, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will verify that such Products are indeed defective, damaged, or do not correspond to the description provided on the Site. If this verification is positive, in accordance with the provisions of Article 130 of the Consumer Code, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will replace the defective, damaged, or non-compliant Product and send it to the Buyer as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days of receipt of the Products. Shipping costs will be entirely borne by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit . In the event that Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit is unable to replace the Products within the aforementioned period, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will immediately notify the Buyer at the email address provided during registration and will reimburse the Buyer for the cost of such Products and shipping costs if the Buyer provides proof of the cost incurred to return the Products. The refund of the price will be made by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit using the methods chosen at its discretion as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which it receives the Products.
10.11. In the event that, after examining the returned Products, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit reasonably believes that the Products cannot be considered defective, damaged or not compliant with the description on the Website, the Buyer will not be entitled to a refund and the Products will be returned to him.
10.12. No additional conventional guarantee is provided in addition to the legal guarantee.
ART. 11 - RETURN
11.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with Consumer Customers, as defined in Article 1.3 of these General Conditions and Art. 3 of the Consumer Code.
11.2. In the event of the right of withdrawal exercised pursuant to Article 9 of these Conditions, the Consumer Customer may return the ordered Products by alternatively delivering them to any of the Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit stores , or by sending them by post to the address indicated in Article 11.7.2. of these Conditions within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Buyer communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract.
11.3. The Products must be returned to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit in their entirety, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use, and anything else supplied with them. Consumer Customers are not entitled to return purchased goods in the cases described in Article 59 of the Consumer Code in the case of the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery.
11.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 9 of these Conditions, the Consumer Customer must send an email to servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it within 14 (fourteen) days of acquiring physical possession of the package containing the ordered goods, specifying the following in the email subject:

Once the email has been received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit customer service will contact the Consumer Customer, providing information on how to obtain assistance.
11.5. For returns to points of sale, a copy of the purchase invoice must be presented.
11.6. In the event that the Consumer Customer chooses the “Collect at Point of Sale” delivery method pursuant to Article 6.3 of these Conditions, the return of the purchased Products may only be made to the point of sale where the Order was collected (hereinafter, the “Return at Point of Sale”). No other return method is permitted for the “Collect at Point of Sale” delivery.
In-store pickups are disabled until August 25, 2025 due to the Pianezza warehouse's summer closure.
Returns at Point of Sale are possible at any Point of Sale.
11.7. The Consumer Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal by returning a Product by post must follow the instructions below:
11.7.1. Use the original packaging to return the Products in question.
11.7.2. Send the package to the address indicated by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service . Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit only accepts correctly addressed packages or registered mail.
Any risk associated with the return of the Products will be borne exclusively by the Consumer Customer.
ART. 12 - LEGAL SALES GUARANTEE
12.1. This article applies exclusively to relationships with the Professional Client.
12.2. Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit guarantees that the Products delivered comply with these General Conditions and are free from defects.
The legal guarantee lasts for 1 year from receipt of the Products by the Professional Customer and must be asserted within 8 (eight) days of discovering the defect.
12.3. The products comply with these General Conditions if (i) they comply with the description provided and possess the qualities presented in the information sheets on the Website, (ii) they are suitable for the use for which they are normally intended, (iii) they display qualities and characteristics that are normal in products of the same type and that can reasonably be expected.
12.4. Once the Products have been received, the Professional Customer must verify their conformity.
12.5. In the event that the Professional Customer notices that the products received are defective or do not comply with the provisions of the order confirmed by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit or these General Conditions, the Professional Customer may contact Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit via the email address servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it, inserting " Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit E-commerce Guarantee " as the subject of the email and specifying the following in the email:
Name and Surname / Company Name Telephone Number Email Address Order Number Order Date Apparent Defects or Missing Goods
12.6. Once the email is received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit Customer Service will contact the Professional Customer to provide assistance. This communication in no way constitutes acknowledgement of the defects reported by the Professional Customer.
12.7. Once the Products have been received, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will examine them and communicate the outcome of the inspection to the Customer.
12.8. In the event that the Products are not covered by the warranty, they will be returned to the Professional Customer.
Otherwise, Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit will have the right, at its sole discretion and alternatively, to replace the defective Product, to reduce the price of the Product, in whole or in part, or to terminate the Contract and refund the Professional Customer the price paid, in all cases upon the Professional Customer's return of the original Product. The delivery costs of the replaced Product shall be borne by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit , while those for returning the original Product shall be borne by the Professional Customer and will be refunded only if the complaint is found to be well-founded and upon receipt of proof of payment by Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit.

13.4. Finally, the customer can benefit from in-store customer service support during the opening hours indicated in Article 13.2.
ART. 14 - RESPONSIBILITY
Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including those resulting from Internet malfunctions or disruptions, in the event that it is unable to fulfill the order within the timeframe stipulated in the contract.
ART. 15 - COMPLAINTS
15.1. Any complaints must be addressed exclusively to servizioclienti@dottoressareynaldi.it .
15.2. Complaints must be forwarded to Reynaldi Srl Società Benefit using the contact details indicated in Article 11 of these General Conditions of Sale.
