Normally shipments are processed the working day following the order, but we reserve up to 4 working days to prepare it, especially around holidays. In general, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days (if you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, remember that the shipment will only be arranged upon receipt of credit).
The ordered products are placed inside a recyclable cardboard box, inserted inside a BRT shipping envelope.
For the internal packaging, if necessary, bubble wrap is used from both recycled and standard plastic.
When the order is delivered to the courier, you will receive a communication via email regarding shipping, delivery and how to track it online to better organize yourself.
If the delivery is not successful even on the second attempt, the material is placed in storage at the local branch and must be collected personally by the recipient within 10 days.
